Our wines

To accompany with a dish, Alla Dama Bianca offers an assortment of three hundred excellent D.O.C. wine labels from all Italian regions, with particular attention to the wines of our lands: of Karst (including the famous Terrano), of Collio (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso Merlot), of Friuli (Tocai, Cabernet, Refosco, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio, Picolit) and of Istria (Malvasia, Bianco Parentino, Moscato Istriano). In any case, the winery takes into account the most important wines worldwide, to satisfy a wide range of customers.

You can conclude the meal with a glass of traditional herb, nut or plum brandy, or with a wide selection of brandies, distillates of grapes, Scotch whiskies, aged bourbon, calvados and cognac (including Remy Martin 55 years of age).

The rum connoisseurs can count on a selected variety: every Caribbean island offers a particular rum, the most fine, the Bally of 1929, which is a distillate of sugar cane (from "le Cabret" plantation) and a product of great elegance and persistence.
