Quiet, fishy and clean

A quiet, fishy and above all clean sea is the most precious element of an area so full of natural attractions; and right on the sea, in a charming position in the bay of Duino, a side of the small port, overlooks Alla Dama Bianca. The quality of the water and of the marine habitat has got many official awards and is guaranteed by the presence of two important areas of environmental protection: The Regional Nature Reserve of the Falesias of Duino (107 hectares of water and land) and the nearby Marine Park of Miramare (30 hectares). A clean sea means, first, abundance and health of fish resources: the local fish activity knows how to make use of it with due moderation, in full compliance of such a favourable environment. Every day, the restaurant benefits from the quality of the marine fauna, basing its list of dishes on always fresh fish.
